Description
Our client is seeking a Real Estate and Finance Associate to join their Scottsdale office. This role is ideal for an attorney with experience in commercial real estate and finance transactions looking to advance their career within a growing regional and national platform. Responsibilities include drafting loan documents, managing due diligence, negotiating leases and purchase agreements, conducting closings, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Candidates should have a strong understanding of real estate finance, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. A Juris Doctorate from an accredited U.S. law school, active Arizona bar license, and a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience are required.
