Our client is seeking a mid-level/senior associate to join their Real Estate and Land Use group in the Chicago office. This opportunity is with a highly regarded, nationally integrated real estate practice group known for its collaborative environment and commitment to professional development. The role involves working on a diverse range of real estate law areas, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, leasing, zoning, land use, and asset management. The successful candidate will support a varied clientele, including institutional investors, private equity investors, developers, start-ups, health systems, renewable energy companies, and franchise companies. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions.
