Description
Our client, an AM Law 100 firm, is in search for a mid level attorney to join their Real Estate group. The ideal applicant will have real estate experience, particularly with right-of-ways and condemnations. Experience with PUCO-related regulations and knowledge of storage fields are a major plus and so is past experience writing dispositive, expert, and/or discovery motions, and preparing for, taking, and defending depositions. Admission to the Ohio State Bar is strongly preferred as this role will be located in Cleveland, OH.
