Description
Our client, a full-service litigation and business law firm with multiple locations across the United States, is seeking a real estate land use associate for their Austin office. This firm is committed to fostering diverse, equitable, and inclusive teams, believing they lead to better outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four years of experience, preferably dealing with complex land use issues such as zoning and planning, land-use entitlements, variances, platting and subdivision, city development contracts, and land development codes. The candidate should possess excellent academic credentials, a commitment to the community, superior interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to handle multiple projects effectively under pressure. Exceptional judgment and the ability to articulate legal strategies and courses of action are required. An active Texas bar license or a commitment to obtaining one as soon as possible is also necessary.
