Our client, a globally recognized and top-ranked law firm, is seeking an associate with 2-4 years of real estate or transactional experience to join their highly acclaimed Hospitality and Leisure practice. This position can be based in either their Chicago, Phoenix or Washington DC office. As an integral member of their team, you will work alongside partners and associates, engaging in tasks such as: reviewing, drafting and negotiating various agreements, managing deal closings, and performing due diligence as required. Candidates should have excellent academic credentials, outstanding communication skills, and a strong ability to manage competing demands. Previous law firm experience and experience in the hospitality industry is preferred. All applicants must be licensed to practice law and be in good standing in the state where they will be practicing, with Washington DC candidates also being licensed in any US state or territory.
