Description
Our client, a prestigious law firm, is seeking an associate with 3-6 years of real estate law experience to join their Real Estate Practice Group based in Texas. The ideal candidate should have substantial experience in real estate and financing transactions, including office, multi-family, retail assets, hotels, resorts, and more. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating documents related to real estate and financing transactions, such as purchase and sale agreements, joint venture agreements, leases, loan agreements, and property management agreements. Strong writing and communication skills are essential. The candidate should be well-rounded, dynamic, highly motivated, comfortable with direct interaction with partners and clients, and possess a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and an exceptional work ethic. Qualifications include a JD from an ABA-approved law school and being an active member of the bar in good standing in the jurisdiction(s) where admitted to practice.
