Description
Our client is seeking a Real Estate Associate to join their team in Naples. The perfect candidate should have more than 4 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions, with additional experience in high-value residential transactions being a plus. The role involves drafting and negotiating documents related to a wide range of commercial and residential real estate transactions, including development, purchases, sales, real estate-secured loans, construction contracts, modification and workout documents, and leases. The selected candidate will also be responsible for related due diligence work and closing these and other real estate transactions.
