Description
Our client, a top-tier law firm, is seeking a junior to mid-level real estate associate to join their Affordable Housing group. This nationwide opportunity is open to multiple large markets and offers a unique chance for a lateral associate to be part of an expanding team dedicated to their clients. The successful candidate will join a hard-working team that represents for-profit and nonprofit developers in the development, acquisition, construction, rehabilitation, operation, and sale of affordable multifamily housing for families and seniors throughout the US. The role requires 2-4 years of meaningful experience in real estate with a strong background in title & survey, easements, and leases. Excellent academic credentials, strong writing, analytical, and communication skills, and attention to detail are essential. The candidate must be a member (in Good Standing) of the Florida Bar or willing to seek admission to the Florida Bar.
