The successful candidate will be part of a team that works with leading financial and lending institutions, public companies, product manufacturers, and healthcare operations. The role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate development and finance, and structured finance. Proficiency in various aspects of commercial real estate development and lending, complex real estate structures, mezzanine finance, and equity investments is preferred. Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills are essential, and the candidate must be admitted to the state Bar of North Carolina.
