Description
Our client, a global law firm, is seeking a Mid-Level Associate for their Real Estate Practice based in Denver. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, both nationally and internationally, across various industries. The firm's Real Estate Practice has a 40-year history of providing multidisciplinary legal solutions for property investment, development, management, and real estate finance. The role requires 2–6 years of experience in commercial real estate, with a focus on acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and management of portfolio or multi-site financing or sales transactions. Additional experience in joint ventures, real estate finance, negotiation/preparation of loan agreements, mortgages, loan documents, and issuing of Colorado legal opinions is highly desirable.
