Description
Our client, a globally recognized law firm, is seeking junior- to mid-level associates to join their esteemed Real Estate practice. The ideal candidates will have two to four years of real estate transactional experience, preferably from a large law firm. Experience with acquisitions, sales, leasing, joint ventures, and financing is highly desirable. Additional experience with hotel and resort projects and/or development projects is a significant plus. Candidates must possess strong research and writing skills, excellent academic credentials, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to excellence. A law degree from an ABA-accredited law school and membership of the Bar in the United States is required.
