Description
Our client is seeking an associate to join their transactional Real Estate practice group based in New Jersey. The successful candidate will be involved in real estate matters nationwide and should have three to six years of experience in commercial real estate law. This includes drafting and negotiating contracts of sale, lease agreements, and financing documents. Experience with transactions involving land use approvals and contingencies is advantageous. The role requires excellent writing skills, attention to detail, and strong academic credentials.
