Description
Our client, a prestigious law firm, is seeking an associate with 1-3 years of real estate law experience to join their Real Estate Practice Group in Jacksonville or Orlando. The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate and financing transactions involving diverse properties such as mixed-use, office, multi-family, retail assets, hotels, and resorts. Responsibilities include conducting due diligence, reviewing, and drafting various transactional documents like purchase and sale agreements, leases, loan agreements, and development agreements. Applicants should possess strong academic credentials, excellent writing and communication skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality legal services in a team-oriented environment. The role requires direct client interaction, demanding a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and an exceptional work ethic. Candidates must hold a JD from an ABA-approved law school and be an active member of the Florida Bar in good standing.
