Description
Our client is seeking a land use and zoning associate or counsel with a minimum of two years of experience in land use and zoning, real estate transactional work, or Georgia-based real estate or land use litigation for their Atlanta office. The role involves handling both land use and zoning matters and real estate issues, with frequent client interaction, public speaking, and presentations before community groups, planning and zoning boards, and local governing authorities. The ideal candidate should be personable, possess high emotional intelligence, have practical problem-solving skills, and be comfortable leading meetings with diverse stakeholders. Candidates must be licensed and in good standing in Georgia, have excellent academic credentials, and superior writing skills.
