Description
Our client is seeking a junior to mid-level finance associate with 3-5 years of experience in commercial or real estate finance, including real estate secured loans, ABL facilities, subscription facilities, mezzanine loans, and project finance. Additionally, they are looking for a junior associate with 2-3 years of general real estate experience, including entitlements, joint ventures, purchase and sales, ground leases, and development transactions. Candidates should have relevant due diligence experience, strong academic credentials, excellent writing skills, and a team-oriented mindset. References will be required.
