Description
Our client is seeking a midlevel to senior associate to join their Real Estate practice in a dynamic Pittsburgh office. The ideal candidate will have expertise in commercial real estate leasing and general commercial real estate transactional work, including development, real estate acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures, zoning and land development approvals, and title/survey review. Renewable energy experience is also desirable. Candidates must have a J.D. from an accredited law school and be admitted and in good standing to practice in Pennsylvania. The role involves working closely with experienced lawyers who provide active mentoring and opportunities for increased responsibility and client contact. Candidates should be self-starters with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, possess strong academic credentials, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to high-quality client service.
