Our client is seeking an associate with 3+ years of commercial real estate experience to support acquisition, disposition, leasing, and financing transactions. The ideal candidate will have a JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school, be admitted or eligible for admission in Massachusetts, and possess experience representing sophisticated owners and operators of commercial real estate. Responsibilities include providing efficient legal service independently and as part of a team, integrating into a national real estate practice, and delivering high-quality client service for complex transactions. Strong written and verbal communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to collaborate effectively are essential.
