Description
Our client is seeking an Associate to join their Real Estate Practice in Miami. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, leasing, and development work. The role involves significant transactional responsibilities with both local and national clients, working directly with the Co-Global Chair of Real Estate. The candidate will receive mentorship on legal, business, and relationship skills necessary to excel as a real estate attorney. Strong interpersonal skills, high energy, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a challenging workload are essential. Candidates must have strong academic credentials, writing skills, and prior experience at a regional or national law firm. Admission to the Florida Bar or eligibility for admission is required.
