Description
Our client is seeking a midlevel real estate associate to join their dynamic Raleigh office. The ideal candidate will have two to four years of experience advising clients on purchases, sales, and financing of real estate assets, including real estate due diligence and leasing transactions. Prior experience in a sophisticated law firm practice and home builder experience are strongly preferred. Candidates will work closely with experienced lawyers who provide active mentoring and opportunities for increased responsibility and client contact. Self-starters with strong academic credentials, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to high-quality client service are encouraged to apply.
