Our client is seeking an Associate to join its Real Estate group in South Florida. This role involves representing regional and national clients in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisition, disposition, financing, development, and leasing. The position is based in a dynamic and growing office known for its expertise in complex commercial real estate, estate planning, corporate, and healthcare law. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of experience in commercial real estate development and acquisition, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and must be admitted to the Florida Bar or willing to sit for the exam.
