Description
Our client is seeking a mid-level to senior associate with extensive experience in commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, financing transactions, and leases. The ideal candidate should be capable of functioning independently with moderate to significant drafting experience and some negotiation skills. Responsibilities include being the primary draftsperson for sophisticated commercial real estate transactions and overseeing junior associates in due diligence activities and drafting ancillary documents.
