Our client seeks an associate with 3-6 years of experience in large or mid-size law firms to join their Los Angeles office. Ideal candidates will be bright, thoughtful, and creative, with experience in transactions, financing, development, and regulatory issues and entitlements. Successful candidates must possess excellent drafting, writing, and analytical skills, strong attention to detail, high organization levels, strong verbal and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and people. Superior academic credentials and admission to the CA bar are required.
