Description
Our client is seeking an associate to join their Development, Investments, Real Estate Transactions team in Atlanta. The role involves representing national retailers, restaurant operating companies, corporate end users, private equity, and institutional investors in a variety of commercial real estate transactions, including development, investment, financing, and leasing across all asset classes. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in real estate law, particularly in acquisition, leasing, and development of commercial properties such as office, retail, restaurant, industrial, and mixed-use properties. Strong academic credentials, excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills, and legal project management experience are required.
