Description
Our client seeks an experienced commercial real estate attorney to join their Real Estate Practice Group in Greenville, SC. This role involves handling a variety of complex issues, including real estate development, acquisitions and dispositions, commercial leasing, and real estate lending. The successful candidate will work with seasoned attorneys representing commercial lenders, private developers, companies with ancillary real estate needs, and large landowners. Requirements include a minimum of 3+ years of experience in commercial real estate transactions, a strong understanding of real property law and commercial real estate finance, and the ability to manage and close complex transactions independently. Excellent academic credentials, oral and writing skills, and references are essential. Candidates must have an active South Carolina bar license or be eligible and willing to take the South Carolina bar.
