Description
Our client, a top AmLaw 100 national law firm, is seeking a highly-qualified and motivated attorney for their Real Estate Practice Group in Chicago. Candidates must possess a high level of academic achievement, solid large law firm experience in real estate finance law, and superb writing and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of broad transactional real estate experience, including purchase and sale agreements, development agreements, property management agreements, and leasing agreements. Joint venture experience, borrower side financing, and fund experience are preferred. This role offers immediate client contact within a dynamic and collaborative practice group.
