Description
Our client is seeking a 3rd through 6th year associate to join their Real Estate group in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will have significant broad-based commercial real estate experience, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financings, with joint venture experience being a plus. Mid-level associates will first chair smaller transactions and second chair larger ones, while senior associates will run deals independently. Candidates should be highly motivated with strong drafting and communication skills and work well with colleagues and clients.
