Description
Our client is seeking an experienced attorney with a minimum of 10 years in the field to join their Real Estate business unit in Chicago, IL. The role focuses on the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate, including drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, overseeing due diligence activities, resolving issues in consultation with clients, and managing the closing process. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess a strong work ethic, and excel under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Experience with real estate development clients and general corporate and transactional matters is preferred. Candidates must be licensed to practice law in Illinois and demonstrate strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
