Our client is seeking a mid-level to senior associate or counsel with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join their Real Estate practice in Washington, DC. The role involves handling a wide range of commercial real estate transactions, including working with institutional equity investors and private equity real estate funds throughout the investment cycle, as well as engaging in sophisticated lending transactions. Candidates must have substantial experience in areas such as acquisitions, dispositions, financings, or joint ventures. Superior academic credentials and excellent communication skills are essential.
