Our client is seeking a Real Estate Associate with 3-6 years of experience to join their Real Estate practice group in Atlanta, Chicago, or Houston. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Commercial Real Estate, particularly in joint ventures for the acquisition, operation, and development of real estate assets. Experience in advising clients on acquiring, financing, developing, and selling various real estate assets is highly valued. The role involves providing comprehensive advice to industry-leading companies on real estate transactions, commercial development, fund formation, and planning. The Associate will engage extensively with clients, including real estate investment funds, joint ventures, developers, REITs, and institutional investors.
