Description
Our client is seeking a talented mid-level associate to join their esteemed real estate practice in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will possess two to five years of real estate transactional experience, ideally from a large law firm, and will advise clients on commercial real estate transactions, financings, and workouts. This role offers the opportunity to develop a diverse skill set and collaborate with colleagues across multiple offices. Preferred candidates should have experience in real estate finance, purchase and sale, and/or joint ventures, with strong drafting skills, excellent academic credentials, and interpersonal abilities. Candidates must be adept at managing matters, interacting with clients, and supervising junior attorneys and paralegals.
