Description
Our client is seeking an Associate for their commercial real estate group. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions, including purchase and sale agreements, commercial diligence, title and survey, and closings. However, recent law school graduates with a strong interest in real estate transactional law will also be considered. Candidates must demonstrate excellent attention to detail, effective communication skills, and strong legal due diligence and drafting abilities. A Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school and membership in the North Carolina bar are required.
