Description
Our client is seeking a mid-level associate with 3 to 5 years of experience to join their Real Estate practice in Northern California. The role involves handling a wide range of commercial real estate transactions, including working with institutional equity investors and private equity real estate funds throughout the investment cycle, as well as engaging in sophisticated lending transactions. Ideal candidates will have experience in acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and joint ventures, although this is not mandatory. Applicants must possess superior academic credentials and demonstrate excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills. The position is based in San Francisco, with a preference for candidates who can work from this location.
