Our client, a prominent global law firm, is seeking a Mid-Level Associate to join their Real Estate Practice in Las Vegas. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, from small enterprises to large international corporations, across various industries. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in commercial real estate, with a focus on acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and transactional due diligence. Additional expertise in joint ventures, real estate finance, and fund formation is highly desirable. The successful candidate will be part of a team that provides integrated legal services for all phases of real estate transactions, drawing on the extensive resources of a global network of over 700 real estate lawyers.
