Description
Our client is seeking a Real Estate Associate for their New York office. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in real estate finance and lending, with a strong understanding of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financings, and joint ventures. While big firm experience is preferred, it is not mandatory. Candidates should have a robust academic background, excellent drafting and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage significant project responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
