REAL ESTATE ASSOCIATE (3028)

Description

Our client is seeking a mid-level associate for their Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Practice Group, with opportunities available in Chicago, Kansas City, Denver, or Dallas. The ideal candidate will have over three years of experience in handling a wide range of employee benefits and executive compensation matters, including the drafting, design, implementation, and administration of both tax-qualified and non-qualified retirement plans, as well as health and welfare benefit plans. Experience with executive compensation and benefits in mergers and acquisitions, taxation issues related to executive compensation (including Sections 409A and 280G of the Internal Revenue Code), and the design and drafting of employment and executive compensation arrangements is essential. Candidates must demonstrate high academic achievement, law firm experience, and excellent writing, drafting, and communication skills. The role requires ambition, drive, and a team-oriented approach to support and grow the national practice. A JD is required.
