Our client, a prestigious global law firm, is seeking a mid-senior level Associate to join their Real Estate Practice in Washington, DC. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients across various industries, focusing on commercial real estate transactions. The ideal candidate will have over three years of experience, particularly in digital infrastructure transactions, and a strong background in joint ventures, data center leasing, and related agreements. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating key documents, handling deal closings, and conducting due diligence. The successful candidate will work closely with senior shareholders, gaining significant transactional experience. Applicants should be highly motivated, possess excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, and be in good standing with the DC Bar or eligible for admission.
