Description
Our client is seeking a second to fifth-year associate with substantial experience in real estate transactions to join their expanding real estate practice in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate should have experience working with developers, owners, investors, and lenders on a variety of financing, development, and investment matters. Proficiency with loans, joint ventures, LLC documents, and leases is crucial. Candidates must possess excellent academic credentials, strong writing skills, and be admitted to practice in California. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, are essential. Prior non-legal business experience in the commercial real estate industry is advantageous.
