Our client, a prestigious global law firm, is seeking a partnership-track associate with 2-4 years of diverse transactional real estate experience for their Orange County office. The firm boasts one of the largest and most experienced real estate and development practices, representing a wide range of clients including corporate owners, investors, and developers. The role involves negotiating complex transactions across the United States, Canada, and Europe, requiring significant knowledge of purchase and sale, borrower-side financing, and joint venture transactions. Ideal candidates will have robust experience in a real estate practice, preferably from a Big Law environment, and must possess top academic credentials, a proactive outlook, and excellent analytical and time management skills.
