Our client is seeking a midlevel Real Estate Associate to join their dynamic office in Portland. The ideal candidate will have four to six years of experience advising clients on the purchase, sale, and financing of real estate assets, including due diligence and leasing transactions. Experience in agribusiness or energy projects is a plus. A background in a sophisticated law firm practice is strongly preferred. The role involves working closely with experienced lawyers, offering active mentoring and opportunities for increased responsibility and client interaction. Candidates should be self-starters with the ability to work independently and collaboratively, possess strong academic credentials, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to high-quality client service.
