Our client is seeking a mid-level associate with 3 to 5 years of experience to join their Real Estate practice in Chicago. The role involves handling a wide range of commercial real estate transactions, including representing institutional equity investors and private equity real estate funds throughout the investment cycle, as well as engaging in sophisticated lending transactions. Candidates must have significant experience in acquisitions, dispositions, and financings, with joint venture experience being advantageous.
