Description
Our client is seeking an associate with 2-5 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, real estate finance, joint ventures, and development, for their Chicago office. Candidates with experience in large firms are preferred and should have a strong academic background, excellent drafting and negotiation skills, and the ability to handle significant project responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be diligent, detail-oriented, proactive, supportive, and team-oriented, with admission to the Illinois Bar being preferred.
