Description
Our client is seeking a mid-level associate to join their expanding Real Estate Practice Group in Miami. The ideal candidate will have over three years of comprehensive real estate experience, including acquisitions, dispositions, debt financing, joint ventures, development projects, and leasing, with borrower-side finance experience being advantageous. Candidates must demonstrate high academic achievement, solid law firm experience, and excellent writing and communication skills. A JD and active Florida bar admission are required. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic national practice and requires the ability to quickly and effectively navigate complex legal matters.
