Description
Our client is seeking a talented mid to senior-level associate to join their esteemed real estate practice in New York. The ideal candidate will possess four to six years of real estate transactional experience, ideally from a large law firm, and will primarily advise clients on commercial real estate transactions, financings, and workouts. The role offers the opportunity to develop a diverse skill set and collaborate with colleagues across multiple offices. Preferred candidates should have experience in real estate finance, purchase and sale, and/or joint ventures, with strong drafting skills, excellent academic credentials, and the ability to manage matters and interact directly with clients. Candidates must be adept at supervising junior attorneys and paralegals. A law degree from an ABA-accredited law school and U.S. Bar membership are required.
