Our client, a prominent global law firm, is seeking a Mid-Level to Senior Associate for their Real Estate Practice in Denver. This full-time role offers the opportunity to engage with a diverse client base, including developers, retailers, and financial institutions, on a national and international scale. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in commercial real estate, particularly in areas such as acquisitions, dispositions, borrower-side financing, leasing, and transactional due diligence. Additional expertise in joint ventures, fund formation, and general corporate law is advantageous. Candidates should demonstrate a strong academic background, exceptional drafting and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage significant projects in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
