Description
Our client is seeking an associate for their Real Estate – Mid South group based in Nashville, Tennessee. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of robust real estate experience, particularly in acquisitions, leasing, divestitures, Purchase and Sale Agreements (PSAs), real estate loans, and Reciprocal Easement Agreements (REAs). A strong academic background, excellent drafting skills, and attention to detail are essential. The role involves working with end-users of real estate, focusing on the borrower side with minimal lender representation. Candidates must be licensed or prepared to become licensed to practice law in Tennessee and should reside in the Nashville area.
