Our client is seeking a midlevel real estate associate to join their Real Estate & Land Use practice group in either the Seattle or Bellevue office. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant transactional real estate experience, an excellent academic record from law school, and superior legal writing and drafting skills. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, commitment to client service, and the ability to work well in a team environment are essential. The practice focuses on acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, construction, development, financing, and real estate investment across various property types and industry sectors.
