Description
Our client is seeking an associate to join their Real Estate practice group in Boston. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, at least two years of experience in transactional real estate, and excellent research, writing, and communication skills. Experience with purchase and sale agreements, property management agreements, leasing agreements, joint ventures, and borrower-side financing is preferred. Candidates should demonstrate ambition, drive, and a team-oriented approach to support the growth of a national practice, with the ability to quickly navigate complex matters and build client relationships.
