Our client, a global law firm with a strong commitment to inclusion and diversity, is seeking an experienced attorney to join their growing Real Estate group within their Corporate practice. The ideal candidate will have excellent academic credentials and 5-10 years of experience in the field. Responsibilities will include working on business structuring and transactional matters relating to complex tax planning and commercial real estate, coordinating and executing successful commercial real estate transactions, and providing tax counsel related to business structuring documents, fund formations, and transactional documents. The successful candidate will also be expected to contribute to the firm's inclusive environment and culture of equity.
