Candidates with 3-6 years of experience in a similar law firm environment, handling a wide range of real estate transactions for sophisticated clients, are highly encouraged to apply. The role requires expertise in reviewing titles, documenting, negotiating, and closing real estate secured loans, leases, acquisitions, and dispositions. Applicants must hold a JD or equivalent, demonstrate high academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school, possess superior writing skills, and have a keen attention to detail.
