Our client is seeking experienced associates to join their Real Estate practice group in Reston, Washington, DC, or New York. Candidates with 3-6 years of experience in a similar law firm environment, who have handled a wide range of real estate transactions for sophisticated clients, are highly encouraged to apply. The role requires expertise in reviewing titles, documenting, negotiating, and closing real estate secured loans, leases, acquisitions, and dispositions. Applicants must possess a JD or equivalent, demonstrate high academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school, and exhibit the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with superior writing skills and attention to detail.
